      App Features
  • ASPA 400 Smart Air Purifier

    • How big of an area will this clean and what is the CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate)?

The Aspen Air Purifier recommended room size is 362 square feet. The CADR is Smoke: 232 Dust: 242 Pollen: 248.

Is the Air purifier good for allergies?

Yes. Air purifiers help with capturing particles like dust, pollen, and depending on your filter will remove animal dander. All of which are the most common allergy triggers. The Aspen Smart Air Purifier is designed to capture the airborne particles, giving you cleaner and fresher air.

Where’s the best location to put my air purifier?

The air purifier works best in areas with the most airflow including windows, doors, or walls. Place the back side of the air purifier along the wall of the room and keep furniture at least two feet away from the sides.

What type of sensors does my unit have?

The Aspen Smart Air Purifier has a built-in PM 2.5 sensor that can detect particles that are 2.5 microns or smaller. This will give you and your air purifier a more accurate reading of the air quality in the area and help you to adjust your air purifier to the correct mode.

What is the 3 Stages of Air Cleaning?

The air filter is comprised of three parts: the pre-filter, true HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter. The pre-filter will capture initial dust and allergen particles. The True HEPA filter will trap smaller particles Such as airborne allergens including pollen, dust, smoke, pet dander, bacteria, viruses, and other ultrafine particles as small as 0.003 microns. The carbon filter reduces airborne chemicals from household cleaners, paints, carpets and furniture while absorbing odors emitted by them. Together they create a 3-stage filtration system.

How many fan speeds does my unit have?

There are 3 fan speeds. Low, Medium, and High.

An odor is coming from the air purifier. What should I do?

With a brand-new air purifier, sometimes the materials may get exposed to dust and other contaminants during the packaging and shipping process. But don’t worry, run the air purifier for 24-48 hours and the order should clear up. Make sure to remove the plastic cover from the filter before placing it in the air purifier.

However, if the odor does not clear up, the filter may be contaminated. If so, please replace the carbon and HEPA filter and clean the pre filter.

There is a strange sound coming from the air purifier.

Check the parts of the air purifier and make sure everything is secure. If there are any loose parts on the air purifier, contact our support for further assistance.

What certifications do the air purifiers have?

      - ETL
      - FCC
      - CARB

Can I leave my air purifier on all the time?

For best results, it recommended to always keep your air purifier on. This will increase the air purifiers capacity to filter the air within the room. The Air Purifier comes with Auto Mode, which will increase/decrease the fan speed depending on the air quality.

    • Air Filter
